recent np days rite... i hate to say this... i don wanna say this....... but........ if i dont........ im going....... to explode..........  kk not so serious lar but i really don think being an nco is easy lor so hard sia so many attitude cadets no respect at all for us lor everything go in one ear come out of another  may be thomas and terence rite lor we need to show them the seh then they will listen to us but if we strict they think we are too fierce and then sirs will come and say no need so fierce wtf is this man? than not fierce enof they climb over our heads and then guess wat sirs will come trotting in gay unity tt we are too la with them and need to enforce discipline more wat is this man how are we expected to do tt even me as an admin person having taken the sec 1's for the first few weeks since we officially took over feel tt the cadets are freaking hard to handle lor maybe saying all of them like shyt is abit too harsh but some of them is really shyt lor not following instructions at all drill like shyt answer our questions like shyt move ment so slow and attituded strides no respect at all fine!!! i shall step out of the np room for 1/2 hr to teach them how to get fucked by a very super angry and frustrated nco k lar i toking to qy and ys now forget wat to say liao lor wateva it is i will remember and come back to complain agn bb for now |
