Just saw the movie trailer for Skyline 2 days ago.

I'm really expecting something fun from this one.

It's like District 9 and Cloverfield. Both are extremely epic films about alien lifeforms. But they depicted such an overused genre in a different angle. Its something that should be commended.

This world need more of such creations.

We live in a world of supposedly infinite possibilities. So why do we have to rely on copying of ideas?

Deviate from the original path, dare to be different. That is what everyone should achieve to be. It takes guts to do that. After all being different may not gain acceptance, and us humans being the "sociable" beings that we are require company. We are not solitary beings. One would say what about nerds that stay cooped up at home all the time?

Well what would they do without their comics? Without their computers? Without internet access? Without books? No games?

Take those things away from them. I would bet 100% they would come out and do something.
